In this video we show a situation where there was 62 Volts in the water and how I found the voltage and how I solved the concern. In this particular case there was not full Power leg voltage which would usually be 120 volts, there was only 62 volts. The partial voltage is an indicator that the concern would be no ground on the GFCI System. The reason this is an indicator is the neutral wire from the GFCI to the tub sends out a partial voltage which in this case was 62 volts and reconciles the voltage to ground to for the GFCI circuit. If there is no ground then it reconciles to where ground would be which is going the be the heater tube. This tube touches the water thereby introducing voltage into the water. The voltage by the way varies by the brand of the breaker. Here I simply put the ground wire that was not hooked up to the neutral bar and made sure the bar was grounded to the metal box. this made the circuit safe and removed the voltage from the water.
