Great Lakes, Manitou spa. Board: Value3. I sent the board out to be bench checked after the August 2016 flood, and it came back good. Replaced pump motor with new one. The water is not getting warmer, and the 240 volt heater is only getting 120v. I checked the fuse and it's good. Both legs of the 240 v are good. On the schematic inside the cover panel, it has instructions on how to convert heater wiring from 120v to 240 v: "Remove a certain jumper and then move jumper J23 from 20A to 50 A." The jumper referred to is not there (good). But I don't HAVE a jumper for J23. Could this be the problem?
Please help me before I have to pay a technician $120 to hear him say, "You gotta bad board, sir."
