Hello, I am very new to all of this so please help!! I was gifted a 1996? Hotspring Highlife Model K hot tub. I wired it up, the breakers are not tripping, everything has power, but no heat!
I have plenty of flow through the circulator pump, I have taken the filters out and checked all that.
There is no trip breaker on the heater itself. I have tested the plugs going out of the control box and have 120 V out of each outlet, I have tested the coils with an ohm meter and the coils return 20 ohm so I assume they are good, but they don't get hot.
I have "burped" the system to get out any air, it appears to have electric, what am I missing? Or is the heater just blown?
