Good Evening and thank you for this forum. I have accidentally sucked up a scum bug into my system. I removed the filter and forgot it was in the tub when the filter came on at the appointed time. Anyway, I realized my error rather quickly (within 2 minutes) and I shut the system down. I have drained and cleaned the tub.
Some of the jets did work and some did not. I found only a small amount of tiny debris in the tub, less than a tablespoonful of the scum bug.
Did the debris make it into my piping? Can I fix this myself? I am very mechanically inclined and have a shop full of tools.
Would you tell me what would be the steps to take to remedy my problem? Thank you very much! Your time is greatly appreciated. Lyd
