Is there any way to reset a Balboa EL2000 board showing an 0HH error?
I purchased a replacement EL2000 PCB and it's operating normally in the tub with the same heater sensors and heater. Heater water flow is normal. If I reinstall the old PCB, it instantly shows the OHH error on boot before the priming (Pr) sequence. DIP switch memory reset did not help. Heat differential sensors show correct impedance and respond to temp changes as expected. I saw some information about calibrating the PCB to new sensors, but not specifically how to do it.
Thanks! -Astinax

I'm having a similar problem with an EL2000 M2 board. I power it up, it goes through the priming boot sequence then as soon as the temperature becomes active its locked at 109F. If you start any pumps it immediately goes into the OHH error.
I believe my issue is something in the temperature sensing circuit or the big processor chip on right side of the board. Temperature probes are working fine, verified tested those. Did you ever get anywhere on your issue? One question, if you still have the old board handy, without powering it up, if you measure the resistance between the pins for the temperature sensors with the sensors removed, what are you reading? Without probes both mine read about 25kohm which translates to 75-80F however the board thinks its 109F. Just wondering if yours is the same? I'm pretty close to pulling the trigger on purchasing a new board, sucks, I'd like to fix this one.
