Dove Canyon losing pressure after cleaning.

Hi, Great to meet you!  I have a 2006 Artesian Dove Canyon hot tub.  Its been a pretty solid tub thus far.  I think i went through 3 circulator pumps so far and a couple small parts.  My tub has 4 dedicated pumps.  I bought a Chlormaker sal****er system and also bought some Spa Guard system flush for cleaning the lines.  I followed the directions and tried to drain the tub.  The tub stopped draining with about 4" of water left.  This has never happened to me before.  I couldn't get it to drain so i started using my wet/dry vac to try and blow into the lines, and also sucking water out of them.  That didnt work.  So i ran a snake up the drain line and it did eventually drain.

I refilled and ran and was having pressure problems with one of the pumps that supplies 2 seats.  After running it seemed to get about half pressure back.  So ive been running my tub for about a month now.  I turned that pump on yesterday and it didnt do anything but hum.  I immediately turned it off.  I turned it on again and it was pushing the jets about half strength.  I also want to point out there are 2 air/pressure regulators for each pump.  When i turned the air mix down i could hear a weird air sound ive never heard before.

So now i dont know what to do next.  Could the problem be partial clog of the plumbing or my air pressure control is going bad?  Should i try bleeding that pump?

I need some advice please!
