2000 Sundance Optima recently started showing OH error. The temp rises to 106-108 (verified with external therm.) Noticed heater was leaking so replaced and also went ahead and replaced hi-limit and temp sensors.
Water flow is good and have replaced filter.
Still have OH error.
Circ pump had been loud for some time so I went ahead and replaced it. New pump is almost silent so happy I replaced it but..
Still have OH error.
Never have seen FLO error but that is only sensor left to replace. It seems to be working (I see it open and close)
The heater turns off/on at set temp when able to test when water temp is in range. I hear the relay and see the symbol go on/off.
But the water temp always rises to max (do not see heater symbol on)
I have enabled the trouble log and all tests appear correct.
No reason to really suspect main board. I have not seen any other issues.
Is there some other relay causing an issue?
Can the heater be running even though the symbol does not display on the LCD?
