Spa started tripping breaking after working flawlessly for three years. Tech though that small water leak from pump may be getting into #1 motor. Unit was pulled. New bullfrog wet end replaced with all new parts. Motor was rebuilt and interior was very clean. reinstalled motor and pump abs spa continued to trip the breaker at nearly 1hour 30minutes every time I reset it. I tested heater and it is 10.5 ohms but I replaced it with a new one anyway. New heater had identical resistance. Breaker still trips at 1hr 30m. I unplugged ozonator and it had no impact. I disconnected heater at copper tabs and spa seems to run without issue. All wiring is secure and I can’t figure out what is leading to the failure. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
